We've been making chocolate covered cherries for at least nine years now. And FINALLY, I think there is a method to our madness. So, we're ready to share our techniques with the world.
As you all know, there are no mysteries here in the BURP! kitchen. After all, good food is meant to be shared!
We like to put ours in waxed paper lined cookie tins and give them as holiday gifts!

YUM! Need not say any more...but I can't resist! Just love your cherries. I think mostly because you can taste the love that is put into each of them! I wonder how migrane ones will taste? Hmmm...probably even more fabulous than the year before! :-) Love you Peef & Lo! Jo
We were really hoping that you had sent some of your VERY deliciouse cherries with Steve & Nicole, but were saddened to hear that you did not. (Maybe you did, but they decided to eat them for themselves, we may never know...) However, now that you have shared your recipe, maybe Alex & I will try to make them next year - but we will probably start with fewer cherries... We will let you know how they turn out!
We're thrilled that you came to visit us here at BURP! Thanks so much for taking the time to write. We're not always able to respond to every comment, but we'll make every effort to answer questions in a timely fashion. We especially enjoy reading about what's going on in your own creative kitchens. So, don't be shy!
PEEF and LO dreamt of BURP! one night. And the dream became an inspiration. We're two hopeless food geeks who harbor a genuine love for delicious (sustainable) edibles. We're not fancy, or fussy. But, we do love to create new and wonderful things in the kitchen. We keep the dream of BURP! alive through daily experimentation, and we share our successes (and failures) with you.
